Senior product designer specializing in complex SaaS platforms

I design and improve high-complexity products — cybersecurity, data integration, API platforms, fintech, and enterprise systems — creating clear workflows, scalable design systems, onboarding experiences, and self-service ecosystems that help companies grow, optimize operations, and deliver value faster.

Developing data integration & automation platform

At Celigo, I led 0→1 design as the first designer hire for an iPaaS (Integration Platform-as-a-Service) platform. I built the full product experience, including core workflows, dashboards, design system, onboarding, help center and community to drive adoption, conversion, and retention.

Celigo is now a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader.

Developing cybersecurity platforms

At MedCrypt, I led 0→1 design for SaaS cybersecurity platforms used by medical device manufacturers operating in regulated environments. My work spans two products: one for SBOM vulnerability management and another for device provisioning and certificate management. I built the full product experience, including core workflows, dashboards, bulk actions, design systems, onboarding, documentation, and release communication — so customers and internal stakeholders alike understood our products and planned roadmaps.

API management & developer experience

I design API ecosystems that balance clarity, capability, and trust — connecting discovery, documentation, testing, and administration into a single developer experience. My work spans API portals, developer consoles, pricing transparency, and identity models that reduce onboarding friction and accelerate adoption.

Enterprise systems

Across enterprise and fintech, I’ve built new digital experiences and modernized high-impact legacy systems. Whether designing first-generation mobile banking apps or untangling the dense operational workflows of legacy applications, my focus is on reducing cognitive load and creating durable, scalable foundations.

Most of these represent older designs, but are included to showcase systems analysis and optimization, information architecture, and customer journey unification work, which was foundational to these companies' growth & success. Shortly after Cherwell's redesign, it was acquired. Axway would go to to become a Gartner MQ Leader. BB&T was acquired by Truist.
